We spend the time on your current setup, then map out where AI fits and what to do first. You get a written 90-day roadmap with priorities already set.
Do I need to know anything about AI beforehand?
No. Most clients start with little to no AI experience. We build the session around your business, as it runs right now.
Is this available remotely, or only in Portland?
Both. Sessions run on-site across the Portland metro or remote for businesses anywhere. The format doesn't change what you get out of it.
What if I want help implementing the roadmap afterward?
Move into a Basecamp Sprint within 7 days of your session and the $995 Trailhead Session fee is credited in full toward the Sprint.
What if the roadmap says AI isn't a priority for us right now?
That's a legitimate outcome. The Trailhead Session is an honest assessment, not a sales pitch. If AI isn't the highest-leverage next step for your business, the roadmap will say so.
